Until recently, if you wanted to watch a movie, a trip to a video store like blockbuster was your only option. Instead of buying or renting the dvd, people now can choose a movie download instead. Here are some examples of movies you can acquire through a movie download site.

Spy Game: A complex spy thriller where retiring CIA operative Nathan Muir sees one of the spies that he has trained is in grave danger. From inside the control room, where he is being questioned about what he knows of agent Tom Bishop, Muir cleverly is creating an operation to get Tom out of his predicament.

The Night of the Iguana: Trudging story based on Tennessee Williams play; alcoholic prior clergyman Burton, a bus-journey guide in Mexico, is engaged with Kerr, Gardner, and Lyon. Dorothy Jeakins won an Oscar for her costumes. Cast includes Richard Burton, Deborah Kerr, Ava Gardner, Sue Lyon, Bypass Ward, Grayson Chamber, and Cyril Delevanti. (118 minutes, 1964)

Casino: Sam Rothstein has worked his way through the mob ranks and now runs the casino that his Chicago outfit owns. When mob strong arm Nicky Santoro arrives in town, Sam pleads with him to keep a low profile. Business is good, and his services aren't really needed. Nicky just can't help himself, and he starts banging heads. Now Sam's peace world gets turned completely upside down.

Larceny Inc.: Humorous little comedy of ex-cons Robinson, Crawford, and Brophy utilizing a luggage store as a front for their operation. A scoundrel palyed by Quinn tries to horn in. Look for Jackie Gleason in a minute role as a soda jerk. Cast includes Edward G. Robinson, Jane Wyman, Broderick Crawford, Jack Carson, Anthony Quinn, and Edward Brophy. (95 minutes, 1942)

The Day the Earth Caught Fire: Knowledgeable, sponging up sci-fi tirade of steady havoc that follows while atomic eruptions start the world corkscrewing toward the sun. Judd is the journalist who first cracks the tale, with the help of Munro whom he romances. Watch for Michael Caine as a cop prompting visitors! Cast includes Edward Judd, Janet Munro, Leo McKern, Michael Goodwin, and Bernard Braden. (99 minutes, 1961)

Muse Concert: Paper-slim although cute romantic comedy in reference to a cleaned-up '80s pop megastar (Permit) who's shown with a gigantic crack-getting to perform a primordial melody with a modern-day music megastar (Bennett) if he might only find a lyricist with whom he could work with. She appears in the doubtful individual of a ditzy lady who's assumed to take care of the plants in his N.Y.C. condo. Permit is at his best, throwing off a constant flow of ludicrous lines. (96 minutes, 2007)Cast includes Hugh Permit, Drew Barrymore, Brad Garrett, Kristen Johnston, Campbell Scott, and Haley Bennett.

Airplane: Extremely ludicrous spoof of Airport-type with a continuous amount of gags that keeps up almost to the end. Our top choice: the bizarre plight of Lt. Hurwitz. Stay tuned through the very last credits. Cast includes Robert Hays, Julie Hagerty, Robert Pile, Lloyd Bridges, Peter Graves, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Leslie Nielsen, Loma Patterson, and Stephen Stucker. (100 minutes, 1984)

Lock Up: Frank Leone's prison sentence is almost up. He is suddenly transferred to a high security lock up with Warden Drumgoole in charge. This is bad news for Leone. This warden has it in for Leone, and getting through his last 6 months will be hell.

China Girl: American photographer in bizarre Orient throughout WW2 is background for incredible venture spun wool. Cast includes Gene Tierney, George Montgomery, Lynn Bari, Winner McLagen, Sig Ruman, Bobby Robert Cook, and Ann Pennington. (95 minutes, 1942)
