The following paragraphs contain some nice movie reviews. Here are some ways to find movie download sites. To get some good sites try to search phrases like "Movie Download Services", "Full Movie Downloads", or "New Release Movie Rentals".

A Guy Namend Joe: Excellent cast flounders in lazy fantasy in reference to WW2 guide Tracy returning to the planet to give youthful serviceman Johnson a hand in his romance with Tracy's lady friend Dunne. Cast includes Spencer Tracy, Irene Dunne, Van Johnson, Ward Bond, James Gleason, Lionel Barrymore, Barry Nelson, Esther Williams, and Don DeFore. (120 minutes, 1943)

Commandos: Stereotype-filled war drama with typical structure; Italian commandos, led by a few stalwart Americans, need to secure a vital retreat in the North African desert before Allied landings. Cast includes Lee Van Cleef, Jack Kelly, Giampiero Albertini, Marino Marie, Pierre Paulo Capponi, and Duilio Del Prete. (89 minutes, 1964)

The Hills Run Red: Civil War Western of stolen payrolls. The movie is badly dubbed and loosely performed. Cast includes Thomas Hunter, Henry Silva, Dan Duryea, and Nando Gazzola. (89 mnutes, 1966)

Hold Back Tomorrow: This is another of Haas' oddball cheaply made dramas. This one is about a condemned killer who weds a gal on the day before he is put to death. Cast includes Cleo Moore, John Agar, Frank de Kova, Harry Guardino, and Jan Englund. (75 minutes, 1955)

Ju-on The Grudge: Ghosts of a violently killed mom and her child vengefully terrorize and murder a succession of individuals who have a connection with the humble Tokyo home where the murders took place. Not a tale as such, although a succession of eerie scenes, some peacefully scary, others outright horrifying. Cast includes Megumi Okina, Misaki Ito, Misa Uehara, Yui Ichikawa, Kanji Tsuda, Takako Fuji, Kayoko Shibata, Yukako Kukuri, Takashi Matsuyama, and Yuya Ozeki. (92 minutes, 2003)

The Red Violin: Multi-episode film follows the destiny of a hexed violin from 17th-century Italy to 18th century Vienna, 19th century England, 20th-century China and present day Montreal. The tales are mainly downbeat and or aggravating, and the finish up part with appraiser Jackson is difficult to swallow. Colorful locales and enthralling premises sustain limited interest all the way through. Cast includes Carlo Cecchi, Irene Grazioli, Jean-Luc Bideau, Jason Flemyng, Greta Scacchi, Sylvia Chang, Samuel L. Jackson, Colm Feore, Monique Mercure, Don McKellar, and Sandra Oh. (131 minutes, 1998)

Soapdish: Farcical comedy in reference to a soap opera monarch who's trailing her clutch--on the show, and her life. Field and Kline are a treat to watch playing larger than life characters, however Whoopi is trashed, Downey is miscast, and the script (by Robert Harling and Andrew Bergman) imagines "anxious" equals "funny." Cast includes Sally Field, Kevin Kline, Robert Downey, Jr., Cathy Moriarty, Whoopi Goldberg, Elisabeth Shue, Carrie Fisher, Garry Marshall, Teri Hatcher, Paul Johansson, Costas Mandylor, Stephen Nichols, Kathy Najimy, and Ben Stein. (95 minutes, 1991)

The Reckless Moment: Mason blackmails protective mom Bennett, whose adolescent baby girl has been engaged in a guy's mortality. Noirish melodrama is additionally a slyly subversive peek at a "common" American family. Cast includes James Mason, Joan Bennett, Geraldine Brooks, Henry O'Neill, and Shepperd Strudwick. (82 minutes, 1949)

Foxtrot: O'Toole and his spouse escape Rumania in the late 1930s and shelter on an island heaven to hide from a planet getting ready to explode into battle. Shallow, unsurprising drama; filmed in Mexico. Cast includes Peter O'Toole, Charlotte Rampling, Max von Sydow, Jorge Luke, Helen Rojo, and Claudio Brook. (91 minutes, 1976)

This short list is an example of the variety of films you can find online that you can download. To find online download sites, try "Download Video" or "Download Internet Videos" in the search engines. You can search "DVD Movies Online" if the others don't help you.

Tactics to Upselling

By Amy ANderson

Tactics to Upselling

Cross selling and upselling to the existing customers can be difficult if you want to trade more as well as make more cash "

Customers who had already purchased from you, however, who trust in and notice value in whatever you do and who are in a purchasing mood are fine prospects for cross selling and upselling. There are many possibilities that the customers will purchase more if you make them aware of it.

You should know what you have that you could cross sell and upsell "

Having a full knowledge regarding what you could upsell is important. Upselling the irrelevant or wrong services or products would only alienate your customers. Cross selling and upselling the right kind of stuff at the correct time is considered to be your duty. There have likely been times where you have purchased something only to get it to your house and then realized that you could have bought the more expensive one which had more features and matched up better with your preference. If only the salesman had informed you or showed it to you.

Ensure that you (the salesperson) ask "

Perhaps the greatest block to upselling is that the salesperson doesnt ask. It might be that they are scared or intimidated. Maybe salespeople feel cheesy. Perhaps they might think that they have no right to ask. Maybe they are worried that the client will refuse.

The biggest factor which stops or prohibits upselling is that most of the salespeople do not ask and stay quiet when it comes to upselling.

Try to keep upselling simple "

About eighty percent of selling is showing up and having the right kind of attitude and playing the game.

Salespeople need to ask for the higher end sales as theyre so experienced, but not forget to follow through on sales basics.

Building the Best Business Computers

. Friday, September 25, 2009

By Kazu Oda

There's nothing quite like getting a new computer for work. Everyone goes through those periods in a business (whether at home or in the office) when the trusted old computer that has served you so well for so long, just can't quite keep up anymore. It freezes for no apparent reason, the boot-up sequence seems to take longer every day, and the hard drive is cluttered with files and programs you can't remember downloading. Business computers simply have to perform better than that.

Perhaps this is why business computers are replaced far more often than home PCs. Any business that intends to save money will, of course, make their computers last as long as possible, but there comes a point when patching over the problems just won't cut it anymore and the best option is to buy another computer.

Whatever your individual needs are, there are a few universal components that every business computer will need. Once you get beyond the requisite hardware and operating systems you have to make sure that you are building a secure computer. In this day and age, digital security cannot be overlooked. Do whatever it takes to make your business computers secure from internal and external attacks.

Keeping business computers up to date is a critical aspect of running an efficient company. If you have special requirements at work, you can easily build the computer to handle it. Simply take the time to find the best components, the toughest security, and a support system you can rely on, and you can finally put that old, slow computer aside.

Whether you are using desktops or laptops, you can build custom computers to fill your specific needs. If you work in an industry that processes some serious graphics or deals in multimedia functions, you're going to need something a little more robust than the average computer. On the other hand, if you simply need to provide some word processors and web browsers to a large number of employees, then you should probably opt for more basic and affordable models.

Free to Join Vs Pay to Join Paid Survey Sites - Which is Better?

By Harry Constantine

If you are interested in taking surveys on the Internet and getting paid, you may already have done some research and it may have shown you various kinds of survey websites available on the Internet.

There are some free get-paid survey websites which allow you to become a member for free and take surveys immediately and start earning. There are also some paid survey sites which claim to pay you a lot more and also guarantee you work for a long period of time.

The truth is, if you are short of funds and would like to get some expertise in surveys, free get paid survey websites are a great option. It may happen though that the paid membership survey websites could provide you with surveys more regularly than the free membership paid survey web sites.

There is no dearth of free get paid survey websites online, that's why many of these sites are so successful and every day there are 1000s of people trying their luck at taking surveys. Since these are free to join web sites, even if there is not much survey traffic you won't feel so bad. However, this is not the thing with paid membership paid survey sites, if the surveys do not keep coming in you may end up losing money rather than earn any. This is how some people lost their money this way.

Free get paid survey sites are safer since they do not ask you for any money at all, instead their money comes in only from the companies which would like to be surveyed among public. Free get paid surveys however, may not offer you larger sums of rewards. It is the paid websites that often lure people with offers of $100 per survey, rather than the free websites.

Rainmakers and Branding

By Rikki Dee

Rain- That's been the forecast here in New York for what feels like an eternity or at least the last bunch of months or so anyway! Let me ask you, at what point did Seattle and the North East Coast make a switch and I was left in the dark?

Being that rain was the principal of discussion for most of us of us in this part of the States at the beginning of the summer, it does bring to mind a lesson on Branding I picked up from one Dr. Ben Mack which occurred last year.

Over the next bunch of articles or so I will attempt to highlight some of the crucial parts of this presentation which was comprised of three main sections: 1) How to make lightning Strike, 2) Keeping the Lightning Striking and 3) Bottling your lightning.

In case your not aware of who Bejamin Mack is, he is one of the chief authorities on Branding right now in the United States. He is considered legendary in certain Ad agency circles for this work. Over the years Ben has held positions at some of the most respected advertizing agencies aorund and held position of Vice President for Brand strategy for a major corporation.

In a nut shell what that means is he was in charge of a budget of " billion dollars (now thats big money)! To me that is an indicator of someone who has some clout on Branding, do we see eye to eye? In addition to being a professional magician, Ben Mack has performed magic for many companies over the years, and at age 19 was the beneficiary of the celebrated (if your into magic) Award of Merit given by the Magic Castle.

For those alien to the concept of what a rainmaker is, a rainmaker is an individual medicine man not withstanding who instead of bringing a good harvest for his people brings increased revenue to his company by the use of his or her political connections, ability to attract customer therfore making the people he works for money.

The most important duty as a marketer is to "up sell" folks understanding of reality. In Benjamin Macks book entitled "Think Two Products Ahead" he gets into the whole concept of how useful branding can only happen when businesses (large or small) think two products ahead instead of the current time frame and for these companies to put together thriving affiliations with their client or customers through their Brand. The part in the book where Ben Mack discusses the process of developing your Legend Platform is absolutely priceless!

A Brand (your brand, a Brand called YOU) is constructed through the use of Legends or communication that is repeated time and time again. These tales can and should be allowed to contradict each other and shall grow with age. So, if you have to pick a story that you construct for your business to help grow your business (after all you are reading articles like this to help you become more profitable in your business arent you?) why not pick the type that grows stronger with age and you will indeed become "Legendary".

Stay tuned for the next part in the series of articles covering Dr. Bens How to Become a Rainmaker.

Movie Downloads Online - What A Deal

. Wednesday, September 23, 2009
0 comments

By Dustin Maldonado

Many people spend large amounts of money renting movies from the local movie store. For just one move rental you might pay up to six dollars and have to return it in two days at the maximum. Why pay six dollars for a rental movie when you can try movie downloads on the internet.

Many different companies offer movie download services. How does this work exactly? Well, it depends on which site you chose to download movies from. Some offer the services for free! All you need to do is click on the movie and it will stream from their site to your computer.

You can even hook your computer up to your television if your television is PC compatible. This will allow you to play the movie that you download on a big screen just as if you were playing it through your DVD player. Depending on how big your computer monitor is, the picture could be greatly enhanced by hooking your computer to the television.

The movies that you can download from these sites are completely legal movie downloads. They offer movies from new releases to your favorite old movies.

Some of the sites offer movie download subscriptions. You sign up for their services and pay a small fee per month. Your fee will entitle you to unlimited movie watching all from the convenience of your home. You just sign in and click on the title that you want to watch and begin your entertainment.

Movie download software is something that you may need to download before watching a movie on your computer. It usually only takes a couple minutes and should be offered for free. The price will depend on the site that you are visiting. Run the software through your computers virus software to make sure that is not infected.

Once your movies are downloaded, you can burn DVD's of them and share the movie with all of your family and associates. Why not share the movies that you download with everyone and let them have the experience as well.

Why not watch movies online? There are some great opportunities for entertainment available online. All you need to do is look for them.

Why should you buy online movies? Online movies typically do not cost as much as purchasing the movie from a retailer. Some sites offer movies for sale and it is a good bargain.

These sites are very user friendly. They should all include directions on how to download movies right in the comfort of your own home. Downloading movies will be easy and will make you regret ever driving to the movie store in the past.

As technologies advance, so have the opportunities for home computer users. Movie rentals are a great example of advancing technologies. You can save a lot of money by downloading movies from your home and forgetting about the movie rental stores. Check it out today, the movies that you love is waiting for you!

By Bart Icles

These days, more and more companies are feeling the need to devise and utilize a search engine marketing strategy for their brands or lines of businesses. With the large number of internet users within the country and from world over, different companies can no longer give a blind eye to the great potential of the online market. This is mainly the reason why more and more companies are seeking the help of SEO firms. However, outsourcing to an SEO firm proves to be more challenging than what it seems. And many businessmen ask: is there a certain set of essential services that an SEO firm must offer for them to qualify as potential search engine marketing partners?

Indeed, there are certain basic services that SEO firms must offer so they can prove to be helpful and potent search engine marketing partners. Most basic of these services is search engine optimization, which is regarded as the backbone of search engine marketing. Aside from search engine optimization, SEO firms must also be able to help companies with link building techniques. A good SEO company must be able to have a proven process of building relevant backlinks for your website.

Online branding is another key service that companies should look for in a search engine optimization agency. A good SEO agency will help you increase the visibility of your business in the online world through the use of new techniques like social bookmarking and social media marketing. Web analytics is also an important part of any internet marketing strategy. You can evaluate SEO firms by reviewing how they can effectively monitor, analyze, and enhance statistics on your website.

One of the biggest and critical tasks in search engine marketing is the ability of an SEO company to develop relevant content. The success of a search engine marketing strategy relies much on the relevance of the content included in and linking back to your website. You would surely want to partner with an SEO firm that understands the importance of having relevant content. If a certain SEO company does not even mention content in their list of services, better drop that company from your shortlist.

The job of search engine marketing firms does not just end in increasing traffic and backlinks to your website, and improving its overall visibility. A search engine optimization firm must also conduct split and multivariable tests to evaluate and improve conversion rates and leads.

Is Your Paid Search A Profit Or A Loss?

. Monday, September 21, 2009
0 comments

By Terry Stanfield

Paid search is a great way to get web traffic to your site from the major search engines. It also can drain your marketing budget in very quickly if not done properly. Someone is going to profit from your paid search campaign. Is it going to be the search engines or or us? Search engines make their money from clicks on our ads. The more clicks on our ads the more money they get. The real goal should be "more conversions with less clicks and lower cost". Here are some strategies that should help.

1. Do not use Content Network in Google when you first set up a campaign default setting is set "on". There are two things that you need to consider before turning on the content match. The first is: "The website that is hosting our ad gets paid every time someone clicks on the ad". Most click fraud happens is when an owner of a site clicks on these ads. The second is: "Individuals who click on these ads are most often, at the research end of the buying cycle. Limit those who click on your ads to those who are on the buying side of the cycle.

2. Use the most specific terms possible. In most cases the more general the term, less qualified the lead and the more the cost. Try to figure out which terms work best to get the ideal customer to the site.

3. Keyword "types" There are three types of keywords "Broad", "Phrase" and "Exact". The rule of thumb that I use is: for single word phrases, use exact match and for search phrases that are two to three words, used "phrase matching". I am also experimenting with using "exact" matching for these terms as well. The more specific the search term is to what you are offering and who your ideal client is, the more qualified to lead will be. Better a small number of qualified leads than a large number of leads that waste your time and ultimately cost a lot more money.

4. Ad Copy can will determine who clicks on your ad. Your ad should be specific enough to attract only your ideal client (someone who is looking for exactly what you have to offer). Your ad should have at least one of your "unique selling propositions". This can be very challenging because of the space limitations. Rule of thumb, find out what your competitors are doing and do something different. For example, if everyone is offering free shipping, use one of your other unique selling propositions. Also, use the following in your "headline" box: keyword: "your main keyword. This will help improve your quality score.

5. Landing pages require a great deal of thought. Landing page have one purpus, answer the questions that are on the mind of the searcher, the reason for the search. He entered his search terms because he has a problem, needs a solution or is in some kind of "pain". You have about two seconds to convince him that you understand what he is going through and what he needs. You must show him that you possess the answers to his needs. Don't just send them to your home page unless your home page can accomplish the above. Once you connect with your searcher you must have a call to action. You must be very specific and clear about the next steps. Have your "phone number" or "contact us button" on every page.

6. Track everything. Paid search is not an exact science. It takes time to set up and optimized your campaigns to get the results that you are looking for. Monitor your campaigns weekly to catch market changes, account issues or even site issues. Google, Yahoo and MSN have free tracking tools that work great.

Paid search is a great marketing tool, if used correctly. It can also, as stated earlier; dry up your budget in a heartbeat. It is a lot cheaper to find someone who knows what they are doing and does this day in and day out to help you than it is to lose thousands of dollars trying to figure it out yourself.

Slimming Revealed - Tips To Lose 30 Pounds

. Sunday, September 20, 2009
0 comments

By Scott Edwards

Are you aware that our behaviour patterns very often reflect those of our friends? The theory is that we turn out to be very much like the individuals we hang around with. For the most part this is interpreted as we hold the same belief structure or values; we quite often support the same sports clubs and political parties as our friends, for instance.

It's now becoming apparent as well that this common theme might extend to weight. We will eat more when in the company of good friends who eat more. A small study undertaken in America found that overweight kids and teenagers ate more when they were eating with a friend who was also overweight, than when they ate with a normal weight child.

Everyone in the group actually devoured more when they were in the company of friends, regardless of their size. But pairing up overweight friends led to the biggest consumption of all. The study was undertaken by researchers from the State University of New York at Buffalo. It highlighted the role friends play in influencing how much youngsters eat.

Candidly it's no great revelation that many ate more when in the company of friends. That would doubtless be the same if adults had been surveyed. What's more, as our friends don't usually challenge what we do, we assume that means they condone our behaviour. Subconsciously we're placing the permission ball in someone else's court.

Young people of all sizes were studied for forty five minutes. A number were teamed up with strangers, and a number with friends. Each pair had a mix of healthy and snack-type food, and entertainment.

With each of the pairs, the ones who knew each other before the experiment got through more food than the ones who didn't. However, the heavier friends tucked away the most. And the differences were quite significant.

An average of seven hundred and thirty eight calories was eaten by overweight teens who paired with a friend. But the overweight youngsters with slimmer friends ate nearly three hundred calories less. The slimmer ones ate a fairly stable five hundred calories whatever the size of their friends. This ties in with the commonly held view that in early teens many kids' decisions to smoke or drink alcohol are strongly influenced by what their friends do.

This led the researchers to suggest that young people's eating habits are largely determined by their social network. Yet this power of association can be beneficial, as positive influences are just as possible as negative ones. Healthy nutrition then should be part of every child's curriculum.
