The key to success in the "blogging game" is optimizing your site in such a way that you increase exposure on search engines for maximum visitor penetration without compromising your site's content. No matter what, content will always be king, you just want to make sure as many people see your content as possible. Another important step towards a successful and profitable blog is ad placement and content.

We all know that AdSense places different ads on your site depending on its content. If you want to raise your CTR, the percentage of visitors to your site that click on your ads, you want you ad content to match your site or post content.

The more engaging your content and the more relevant your ads the higher your CTR will be. Imagine how much more money you could make if you could raise a CTR of 3% to 5%. On top of all the extra revenue this would bring you, you would be providing your readers with products that they would find more useful.

There is a very simple yet effective tutorial explaining how to optimize your AdSense ads on Kegnum@Blogspot. Essentially there is a small code you can enter at any given part of your post that directs AdSense to those specific keywords. This will produce more relevant ads, which in turn will most likely raise your CTR. You can find the full tutorial here Help AdSense Make You Money.

After applying this simple "trick" to your posts you will notice more relevant ads within a few minutes. This will allow you to optimize your ads with out having to resort to keyword stuffing and taking away from your site's content.

Good Luck,
